About Us
Well-known financial advisors Michael Kitces and Alan Moore witnessed firsthand the growing demand for fee-for-service financial planning. This inspired them to create a solution that could streamline billing processes for advisors while ensuring regulatory compliance. Since its public launch in 2018, AdvicePay has become a cornerstone of the financial planning landscape, serving thousands of advisors and firms nationwide and earning recognition for its innovative approach.
Today, AdvicePay continues to grow and adapt with new features and partnerships, enhancing the platform's capabilities. Driven by our belief in the fee-for-service model, our mission remains clear: to empower advisors and firms in offering fee-for-service financial planning. Our aim is to make getting paid for advice easy and scalable for everyone involved – from advisors to the home office, and clients. As the industry evolves, we're dedicated to staying ahead of the curve, ensuring that AdvicePay remains the trusted solution for financial professionals nationwide.
We are headquartered in Bozeman, Montana and we are incredibly proud to be listed on the Inc. 5000 list of America's Fastest-Growing Private Companies for 3 years in a row, as well as being recognized as a 2022 WealthTech 100 company, which places us among the top 100 innovative FinTech providers in the world addressing opportunities faced by the wealth and asset management industries.
You’ll love working here if you value - and want to contribute to - a positive, inclusive, innovative, and “Get Sh*t Done” culture where teammates help one another succeed and are committed to doing the right thing. If you're up for the challenge of disrupting an industry, join us.
About the Position
The Growth Marketing Specialist is a hands-on, proactive marketing professional responsible for managing and executing AdvicePay’s multi-product marketing campaigns, lifecycle programs, social media, and event marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you will translate broader marketing priorities into high-converting campaigns, determining the right audiences, channels, messaging, and execution strategies. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, technical fluency, analytical judgment, and strong project management skills.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently within established priorities, proactively identifying opportunities, making recommendations, solving problems, and improving marketing processes and program performance. This person will play an important role in moving marketing initiatives from planning through execution, measurement, and optimization while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
Plan, build, QA, schedule, and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns and lifecycle programs in HubSpot, including marketing emails, social content, landing pages, and other campaign assets. Determine appropriate audiences, segmentation, channels, messaging, timing, and execution approaches based on campaign objectives and broader marketing priorities, while ensuring accuracy, functionality, brand consistency, and a strong customer experience.
Develop and optimize email nurture programs, campaign journeys, and audience experiences, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, effectiveness, and the customer experience.
Own day-to-day social media marketing activities, including developing content ideas, creating and refining copy, coordinating creative assets, managing the content calendar, and monitoring performance to grow engagement.
Maintain and optimize HubSpot functionality supporting marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, lifecycle programs, reporting, and automation. Build, test, troubleshoot, and improve workflows, forms, lists, and related processes to support effective campaign execution, accurate data, and a strong audience experience. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and stay current on relevant HubSpot features and marketing technology best practices.
Draft and edit marketing copy across email, social media, campaigns, website content, and other marketing materials, adapting messaging to different audiences, products, and campaign objectives.
Create marketing graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar design tools while maintaining brand consistency.
Own the planning and execution of webinars, conferences, and other marketing events, including developing promotional approaches, registration, logistics, internal coordination, and post-event analysis.
Monitor and analyze key campaign metrics, channel performance, and funnel conversion rates. Translate data into actionable insights and recommended tests and optimizations.
Independently manage multiple marketing projects and competing priorities, determining the appropriate approach to move work forward from planning through execution and optimization. Proactively identify needs, anticipate potential issues, resolve obstacles, and communicate recommendations, progress, and risks to the Growth Marketing Manager and cross-functional stakeholders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
