About the Platform

Users of AdvicePay are financial planners who use our platform to get paid by their clients for fee-for-service financial planning. 

About the Position

As the Marketing Specialist at AdvicePay, you’ll be the primary administrator of our digital marketing platform and social media publisher. As a new SaaS Company, we’re just getting started pursuing growth through PPC, retargeting, and social ads. You’ll help create awareness of our product across search and social platforms and integrate leads into a curated email strategy. You’ll also support our enterprise sales and marketing efforts.

You’ll be joining a new marketing team and wear lots of hats as part of an amazing but small organization of high-performing contributors.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Administrate HubSpot platform set up and performance, creating/managing lists and workflows to move contacts effectively through our marketing sales experience cycles
  • Support the execution of the marketing editorial calendar with regular posts to social media and responding to account messages representing the brand voice and tone
  • Collaborate on digital marketing campaign creation and adjustments
  • Ensure experience flow of all campaigns, including social, email and other channels
  • Work with the enterprise sales team to provide appropriate email/print sales support and sales enablement materials
  • Review metrics with the Director of Marketing and other team members, constantly seeking improvement opportunities
  • Format and publish blog posts and associated email per the editorial calendar
  • Oversee the digital assets for images and documents, ensuring optimization and maximizing search performance
  • Manage A/B testing of key email campaigns, including subject line and CTA testing
  • Serve as secondary support for WordPress content updates as needed

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation is $51,000 salary
  • Flex-time so you can work where and when you work best

Interview Process

  • Phone Screen with AdvicePay team member - as resumes are received - typically within a week of receipt
  • Initial Interview
  • Work Sample - details will be communicated to candidates who advance to the final round of interviews
  • Final onsite interviews in Bozeman + Team Lunch
  • Start date: by January 2, 2019


What You’ll Bring to The Table

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing field
  • Fluency in marketing KPIs
  • Understanding of social advertising and optimization practices across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Portfolio examples of email marketing with a clear understanding of a marketing automation approach
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently based on strategic direction
  • Proactive results reporting
